Category: General
Is there a dress code?
Smart Casual. This means you should avoid sports wear, gym wear, and overly sporty attire. While hoodies and smart trainers are usually acceptable, items like large logos, outdoor wear, and combat pants are not.
Is the bar cash or card?
All our bars accept both cash and card.
Do you have a cloak room?
We have a cloak room available as you enter the venue. The price may differ per event so we cant give you a definite price but it'll be no more than a few £ per item. Please note, all items are left at your own risk.
Can I bring a banned substance?
We operate a zero-tolerance on drugs in line with the current law.
Despite this, we do understand that drugs may get into the venue as they do get into jails and through airports.
If you do take drugs, please be extremely responsible by pacing yourself and don't over-do it. If you're taking ecstacy tablets, don't drop it whole. Remember to drink enough water so your body doesn't dehydrate, and always stay with, and look after your mates to ensure they do not have any adverse reactions.
If you need assistance, seek help from a member of staff immediately.
The best way to stay safe is by not taking any drugs.
Are there pass outs / can I leave and come back?
Generally, no. It is up to the discretion of the door staff.
Can I bring my own food / drink?
No, you must dispose of all food and drink upon entry.
Can I bring my medication?
Yes, but please let the door staff know so it doesn't get confiscated. Ideally bring a copy of the prescription or a box with the details on.
Are there any COVID-19 measures in place?
No.
It is no longer a legal requirement for venues in England to operate COVID safe measures. This includes testing or use of a COVID pass.
